We back our dogs with a guarantee on health and genetics which comes in the form of a written contract at the time of purchase. Our puppies tails will be docked and dew claws removed -  unless the intended owner contacts us before with a request to avoid either of these. They will come current on their vaccinations with paperwork and lineage. Pups are the same price for your choice of either Male or Female. Our Pups are bred for PETS which allows us to offer them at a lower cost.

We only send our puppies to exceptional homes we feel they will thrive in. If for any reason we do not feel a home is optimal for one of our puppies the puppy placement will be denied and any money accepted by us will be returned.

Puppies can be paid for anytime from the advance of their birth until 7 days prior to their departure from our farm. We accept Pay Pal, or cash only  and the puppy must be paid in full before it can go to its new forever home (sorry, no exceptions). For Pay-Pal transactions we will hold the puppy for 7 days after payment clears to ensure payment is accepted and will not be reversed. You are welcome to place a reservation on a puppy by submitting your name to us for free and we will consider that your deposit until the puppies get here. Once your puppy is here, we ask for a deposit to be placed within 24 hours to continue holding the reservation. You can request a puppy of your choice with specification of either male or female and coat color. 

We will place reservations/deposits in the order they are received so that the first deposit gets first pick of the litter and so on. Your deposit is a non-refundable fee that will go toward the purchase price of your puppy. Puppies with Pre-Birth Deposits must be selected within 5 days of the puppies Birth or puppy selection will be opened to the rest of the people waiting to choose their puppy and your selection will be limited to the remaining puppies. You will however be guaranteed a puppy of your preferred color and gender from the litter that will be chosen by us if you are unable to make your selection within the 5 day window after pups birth.

Your puppy will come with a folder containing copies of his parents pedigree information, his health records, information on how to register your new puppy, Contract for Health and Genetics and a new collar (and a shipping crate if shipped - which is included in the $375 shipping fee). We do offer crating and shipping to anywhere in the United States for an additional fee of $375. We DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA & reserve the right to determine the shipping company, type of kennel and required shipping materials. We will work with you to set up the best date and time to have your puppy delivered to the closest airport to you.

DEPOSIT:


If a deposit is placed for a puppy, please read this to understand the terms of your deposit:


* Deposits accepted for puppy reservations pre-birth are not eligible for refund just like deposits placed post-birth.


* If you place a deposit for a specific coat color/gender and that puppy is not available AND you do not identify another puppy in any of the available litter(s) that are satisfactory to you - your deposit remains and you will have choice pick from our very next litter.


* If you place a deposit for one of our females litters and for any reason that litter does not produce puppies (from a false pregnancy or non-pregnancy or a miscarriage) or your puppy passes away for any reason before leaving our care then your deposit remains non-refundable but you will have pick of any of the available litter(s). If there is not a current satisfactory alternate litter immediately available - you will have choice pick from the very next whelped litter with the same terms.


* We will place reservations/deposits in the order they are received so that the first deposit gets first pick of the litter and so on so long as pups are selected within 5 days of their birth. Puppies must be selected within 5 days of the puppies Birth or puppy selection will be opened to the rest of the people waiting to choose their puppy and your selection will be limited to the remaining puppies. You will however be guaranteed a puppy of your preferred color and gender from the litter that will be chosen by us if you are unable to make your selection within the 5 day window after pups birth.


* Deposits are not refundable for a change of mind or circumstance, unexpected death of a puppy, (landlord disapproval, alternate puppy purchased etc.) Once a deposit is placed it is non-refundable.


* Giant Schnauzer pups come standard with AKC Registration - Breeding rights is an additional $175 - Crating and shipping is an additional $375
